Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Udyam Ventures Private Limited. Because we specialize in customized professional services (including business strategy, project planning, marketing consulting, and analytics), our refund policy is governed by the milestone nature of our work.

1. Dispute Resolution

1. Subscription fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Services shall be limited to the selected subscription model/package only.

3. The services under these subscription models, are aimed at providing best possible information and guidance on various funding Project opportunities to enable the subscribers to take right decisions on offered project options for maximum possible chances of project sanction.

4. However, Udyam Ventures does not guarantee any project sanction, funding approval, empanelment, tender allocation, or business generation.

5. Proposal drafting, tender/RFP submission, DPR preparation, consultancy, execution support, and other project-specific services shall be charged separately.

6. Subscribers are solely responsible for eligibility, documentation, compliance, and timely submissions for any opportunity shared.

7. Udyam Ventures shall not be responsible for rejection, delay, modification, cancellation, or withdrawal of any project by the concerned authority.

8. Subscription content and materials are for subscriber use only and shall not be copied, shared, or misused.

9. No refund or compensation shall be applicable for non-utilization of services or missed opportunities.

10. Payment of subscription fees shall be treated as acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions.
